	BLAST Toxins help To BLAST a sequence against the toxins in ArachnoServer, paste the sequence into the text area below. Select the type of sequence, then the database to search against (either amino acid or nucleic). Once both of these selections have been made, you can select the BLAST program to use. For a description of BLAST programs, see here. The BLAST result will be formatted and linked to toxins in the database, and where possible, to external database entries in GenBank and SWISS-PROT.
